Embracing Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we don't focus on the past. It is closure without disclosure. You don't need to talk about it. We focus on the here and now and the future using hypnotherapy techniques to guide you in making gradual, purposeful changes toward your envisioned goals and a more satisfying future.
Sessions will be weekly from 50-60 minutes.

No, you remain in control during a hypnotherapy session. Hypnosis is a state of heightened focus and relaxation, but you can't be made to do something against your will or values.
Yes, online hypnotherapy can be effective. Many clients find it convenient and just as beneficial as in-person sessions. It's important to ensure you have a private and quiet space for your sessions.
At this time and while I am training in Hypnotherapy, I will not be offering both modalities together. Ethically, it is important that I keep them separate. This may change when I qualify as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
