About Me - Talking Therapy
Therapeutic Counsellor & Hypnotherapist
Hello and welcome.
As a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, I focus on helping people looking for therapy who are struggling with many issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma and loss.
Stress and challenges in life, whether present or past, can negatively impact our mental health, cause us to feel overwhelmed, and leave us struggling to cope. Sometimes, it can just feel too much. I believe therapy offers the opportunity to address these challenges, find ways of coping, and make sense and meaning that creates self-awareness on the journey to more positive and lasting change.
I offer my services online, by telephone, and in person. I cover the local areas Livingston, Bathgate, Blackburn, Whitburn, Armadale, Linlithgow, Edinburgh, and the surrounding areas in central Scotland.
As a BACP Registered Counsellor, BACP- British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have a level of training to a recognised standard, adhering to the BACP ethical framework.
As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I follow a similar ethical code as a member of the AfSFH - Assocation for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
